The struggle you're facing
You want to feel in control of your emotions, set boundaries without guilt, and finally quiet the anxiety that keeps you up at night. But right now, it feels impossible.
Maybe you’ve tried coping in ways that no longer work.
Maybe you’re exhausted from people-pleasing, struggling with difficult relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. The weight of shame and past experiences can make it feel like change isn’t possible—but it is.
You might be pregnant or already a parent and coping with the demands of having children. You might be yelling more or swamped in guilt and be ashamed that this is how you are parenting. You are a good parent and deserve support.
